Game Day

**sidenote** please excuse Brady's morning hair ... he slept-in until 9 o'clock this morning, and I put his outfit on him when he got up, so his hair is looking a weee bit wild!!

As I am playing on the computer, updating facebook and my blog, brady comes to me and says Moma, I ignore him, a little louder, Moma, still ignoring him (I know what kind of mother am I!!) he says it LOUDER, so I look at him and say what Baby? He puckers up and wants to give me a kiss, how sweet is that!!!!! Then I smell him, he was coming to tell me I just "pooped my pants", now how sweet is that!!!

Cookies and Milk

cookies and milk are our nightly routine before bed ...

Meeting Hannah!

Katie, Mike and Hannah were in town last weekend and we had a great visit with them Sunday morning before they headed back to Ft. Rucker. Hannah was almost 2 months old! Hard to believe, it just flies by! Mike is about to graduate from Flight School at Rucker and they will be moving to Fort Campbell Ky in a few short weeks, but the good news about that ... Nashville is only about 30 minutes from there ... I pray in those hopefully 4 years they are there, we get to take a couple trips to Nashville.  Here are some pictures from that day. let me go ahead and apologize for my son! I asked him to give Hannah a kiss and he decided to crawl on top of her and give her a big smooch! We had to ask him to please get off of Hannah :) Hannah is so cute and precious! She definetly looks like a Davis, I think she has Mr. Buddy's cheeks :) I am so glad we got to see them!!! We Love ya'll!

Celebrating Auburn's win!

Brady got to celebrate the Auburn victory with an Auburn cupcake on Sunday. Of course I was smart and knew the blue icing would stain, so I stripped him to his diaper and he took a bath immediately following!!

War eagle ... again!

Here are a couple of pictures of Brady watching the Auburn game at Nani and Papa's ... apparently he was listening to the bama game and got disgusted so he had to take the headphones off!!! ha ha! We didn't make it to the game this week. Jason was not happy about this, but he got over it, but we do have big plans of going down there this weekend, motor home, campers and all!!

War Eagle, Hey!

Last Saturday kicked off the football season. Brady got to wear his jersey for the first time ... It was a little big on him, but I thought he looked cute :) We are working on him saying War Eagle and Towndown Auburn. He use to be able to put his hands in the air when we said touchdown auburn, but we haven't done it in some time now, so he has forgotten it.

Me, Jason, & Will went to the first game. It was a little different down there now, and is different without the Davis' being there ... we missed them. We also missed having the motor home there. This is the first game since mom and dad got the motor home that we went without it, so we were a little lost. Hopefully we will get it down there soon and have a normal tailgating game!
Things around here are good. Brady's new thing is getting himself in and out of his bed. He started that Labor Day and now he has it mastered. Nap time and bed time have became more of a challenge. He gets out of bed 2 or 3 times before he finally lays down.
Monday night, he got out of bed about 4 times, and on the fifth time he got out, go on his four wheeler, and rode into our room, you couldn't help but to laugh at him! We are going to change his bed to a daybed this weekend, so I Will post pictures of his new "big boy" bed when we get that done. Have a great weekend and warrrrrrr eagle!!!

He's Sliding!!

I took Brady to a local neighborhood park last Friday ... I figured he would enjoy it, but I never imagined he would LOVE the slide. There is alot of pictures of him sliding ... the reason being, Brady has never wanted to slide before. In the past he has done it once or twice and then wanted to climb UP it or sit at the top and change his mind. But this day he decided he was a big boy and went straight to the big slide, did it once, but it must have been to much for him, because he never went to it again, he stuck to the smaller slide. and he slide and slide and slide. Again, I know I have said this time and time again, but once again he proved he takes after me. After about 30 minutes he was red face and needing some water. He was hot and tired and gave me no problems about leaving! We just don't like the heat!!!!

weekend at the lake = Tired boy :)

I do not have any lake pictures from our last trip down there a couple weeks ago. But I think the picture on the way home pretty much sums it up ... Brady was tired and we had a great time down there. Will took 2 friends down there, so Brady thought he was as big as them and wanted to go everywhere they went. He learned how to give "knuckles" from one of them, and that is all he wants to do now. We swam, took boat rides, and rode the wave runner. The guys tubed and knee boarded. We are sad that summer is over, and there will be no more lake time, especially since it was August before we got down there ...
